At revv, every order is made to order. Once your order has been placed and payment has been confirmed, we begin preparing your items for production and shipment.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Because our products are made to order, processing times may occasionally be longer during busy periods, launches, promotions, or holidays.

Shipping

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.

For deliveries within Romania, estimated shipping time is 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Any free shipping offers will be clearly stated on our website or during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Please check your Spam/Junk folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure that your shipping information is correct before completing your order.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production or has already been shipped.

Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at contact@revvco.shop with your order number.

We will review the status of your shipment and assist you as soon as possible.

International Shipping

If international shipping is available for your destination, shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer.
